I am using Ceone's Battery example and have changed a few things.
I would like the battery to refresh say every 10 seconds.
How can I do this.
I have tried with Timers but no luck.

Debes trabajar con el evento "On Timer" de la página, crea una función que haga el cambio de datos y solo configura que se ejecute cada cierto tiempo.
