put this dll on your app exe path (cd root) and where autoplay is installed, and then use any hexadecimal editor to replace "USER32.DLL" by "ASER32.DLL" on the Ribbon.apo file.

Así es amigo, el Antivirus te detecta el patch Ribbon como un virus porque es un virus, aunque no es la clase de virus que dañan tu equipo, es como los Cracks y Keygen que hay en la red para desenas de programas de paga
